Right to Cancel
As a customer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling-off period). You do not need to give a reason.
How to Return
- Contact us at awaystickersales@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at awaystickersales@gmail.com.
